AV Installation for Art Galleries, Museums and Exhibition Spaces

For art galleries and museums, we design AV systems that do more than just showcase exhibits—they create immersive, storytelling environments that engage visitors on a deeper level. From high-resolution projection mapping that brings historical moments to life, to discreet, ultra-clear audio systems that deliver narration without disturbing the ambiance, we ensure that every piece can be experienced as the artist or curator intended.

Our lighting installations are finely tuned for precision, highlighting artwork with the exact color temperatures and intensities needed to preserve and accentuate each piece’s unique details. With seamless control systems, curators can adjust displays effortlessly, transforming spaces to suit changing exhibitions or special events. Our expertise lies in balancing technology with artistry, enhancing every gallery and museum space to leave a lasting impact on visitors.

The AV Essentials for Modern Museums, Art Galleries and Exhibition Spaces:

To create an immersive, memorable experience in your gallery or museum, high-resolution displays for digital exhibits, advanced lighting to enhance visual impact without risking artefacts, and high-quality sound systems for ambient audio and guided tours are the linchpin pieces. Interactive touch screens and projectors elevate visitor engagement by offering detailed exhibit insights, while integrated control systems ensure seamless, efficient management of all AV elements—keeping visitors captivated and enhancing your venue's appeal.

Our AV Installation Process for Galleries and Museums

  • We will receive and develop your brief, gather site data and evaluate your needs

  • From there we will research the right solutions, liaising with you and any other stakeholders to develop a design and costs package that works for everyone involved.

  • When you’re ready to proceed we will begin coordinating with any other trades, your staff and representatives. Equipment will be ordered and processed.

  • Unlike other AV Installation Companies we emphasise the importance of proper preparation. As much of our projects are built and programmed off site as possible. We will deliver some components entirely pre-built, configured, patched and labelled. Why choose to do this on site when we have a perfectly configured lab for this at base?

  • When we’re ready our equipment and tooling will be delivered to site by our specialist and experienced multi disciplinary team. Equipment is installed to the relevant standards and integrated to form the overall system as designed.

  • Our commissioning engineers will take over when the equipment is ready to be fully tested and de-bugged. This phase is crucial to pick up on any snags or unforeseen issues when combining certain equipment sets. As AV is such a fast moving field, something as simple as a firmware difference between kit can cause havoc, yet be simply fixed by due attention and dilligence.

  • When finished the systems will be handed over. The level of training required will vary from system to system. We pride ourselves on the kinds of user interfaces we provide our clients, which is aimed at minimising the required training. However, when deeper training is required, we have staff on hand with experience of lecturing in the field to make sure the message comes across loud and clear.

  • Once installed we will forever be on hand to assist you with the system. Multiple levels of support are available to suit all cases. Remote support is suggested to all clients, enabling us to ‘dial in’ and help with any issues or questions quickly and with minimum disruption to your business.
