  • Notify us within 14 days of receipt;

  • Return the Goods to us at your expense;

  • We will either repair, replace, or refund the item, as appropriate.

  • Provide necessary access and information to facilitate Services.

  • Payments are not made as agreed.

10.3 You may cancel the Contract if the Goods are not as described.

10.4 Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued before termination.

11. General Terms

11.1 Interpretation: References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Spartan Audio Limited T/A Spartan Audio Visual. References to “you” mean the customer.

11.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be settled by the courts of England and Wales.

11.3 Assignment: You may not assign this Contract without our written consent.

11.4 Entire Agreement: These Terms and related documents represent the entire agreement between you and Spartan Audio Limited T/A Spartan Audio Visual.

11.5 Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining terms will still apply.
